Built to Finish: What Real Coaching Looks Like and What It Costs

You Don’t Have a Talent Problem. You Have a Finishing Problem.

You know what you want to build. You’ve had the idea. You’ve probably started it more than once. But somewhere between the excitement of day one and the grind of week three, things stall. Life gets loud. Motivation disappears. And the project sits there collecting dust while you tell yourself you’ll get back to it.

That’s not a you problem. That’s a system problem. And that’s exactly what Built to Finish was designed to solve.

Built to Finish is my 6-week one-on-one coaching experience built around the CLEAR framework. It’s not a course you forget about. It’s not a motivational speech that fades by Monday. It’s a real working relationship designed to get you from stuck to done, and more importantly, to build the habits that keep you moving long after our last call.

What Is the CLEAR Framework?

CLEAR is the foundation on which everything is built. Each letter represents a stage in the process.

Clarify is where we start. We get honest about what you’re actually trying to build, why it matters to you, and what’s been standing in your way. A lot of people skip this step and wonder why they keep spinning their wheels. We don’t skip it.

Limit is where we cut the noise. You don’t need more ideas. You need fewer distractions. This stage is about protecting your focus and learning to say no to the things that feel productive but aren’t moving you forward.

Execute is where the work happens. We build routines that don’t rely on motivation because motivation is unreliable. Discipline is what shows up when the feeling doesn’t.

Adjust is the stage most people never learn. Life is going to knock you off course. That’s not a failure. It’s just the job. This stage teaches you how to adapt without quitting.

Repeat is what separates people who finish one thing from people who build a body of work. We close the loop and make sure you have a system you can run again and again.

What Does the Program Actually Look Like?

Six weeks. One call per week. Real conversation, not a script.

Each week, we meet one-on-one, and we work through where you are, what’s working, what’s not, and what needs to happen before we talk again. These aren’t accountability check-ins where I just ask if you did your homework. These are working sessions. We solve problems in real time.

Between calls, you have access to me. If something comes up, if you get stuck, if you have a win you need to share or a question you can’t wait on, you can reach me by email or direct message. I’m not going to leave you hanging for seven days between sessions.

By the time we finish week six, you will have completed something real. Not almost finished. Not further along than before. Done. And you’ll have a framework in your head and in your habits that you can apply to the next thing and the thing after that.

Who Is Built to Finish For?

This program is for people who are serious about finishing what they start. Not people who are thinking about being serious. People who are ready right now.

If you’re a creator, an entrepreneur, a leader, or a professional with a project that keeps getting pushed to the back burner, this is for you. If you’re tired of starting over, tired of feeling stuck, and ready to build something you can point to and say I did that, this is for you.

This is not for people who want to talk about their goals without doing the work. I’ll be direct with you throughout this process, and I expect the same in return.

What Does It Cost?

The starting investment for Built to Finish is $497.

I want to be transparent about that number and what it represents. This is a six-week one-on-one engagement with direct access to me throughout the process. That’s not a course you watch alone on your couch. That’s a real coaching relationship built around your specific goals and your specific challenges.

Pricing can be flexible depending on the scope of your engagement and what you bring to the table. If you’re not sure whether the investment makes sense for your situation, the best thing you can do is get on a call with me. We’ll figure it out together.

What I can tell you is this: the cost of not finishing is always higher than the cost of getting help. You’ve already spent time on whatever you’re sitting on. The question is whether you’re ready to stop losing it.

How to Get Started

There’s no complicated intake process here. You reach out, we schedule a discovery call, and we talk about where you are and whether Built to Finish is the right fit. If it is, we get to work. If it isn’t, I’ll tell you that too.

You can book your discovery call at championized.com/built-to-finish-coaching.

The work is waiting. So is the version of you that actually finishes it.

Keep building. Sevy
